Lambing is almost done!  Only one more ewe to lamb.  I will soon be sending out a newsletter so that those who order whole or half lamb may order their lamb.  If you are not on my mailing list and would like to order a lamb, please let me know, so that I can put you on my list.  You will need to fill out a cutting order for the butcher.  My butcher is J & S Processing in Lindsey, WI.
