I sell all cuts of lamb, all raised here on my farm. The most popular, is probably lamb chops which I have cut thick. There is also whole, and deboned legs, and deboned legs cut into smaller half roasts. There are shanks, and shoulders, as well as stew meat, and ground meat. I also have some riblets which are prepared much like pork riblets.
I also sell a pasture raised chicken. They are sold whole. They are raised in an open bottom cage that is mover to fresh ground twice a day, so they get fresh grass, and bugs to eat. When they reach 5-7 pounds, which takes about 8 weeks from hatching, they are butchered and shrink wrapped for sale at a local butcher.
